Key Responsibilities
- •Lead Generation: Proactively source new business opportunities through cold outreach, identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- •Meeting Coordination: Proactively book intro calls with key members of the team
- •Sales Assets: Support and/or create assets to run alongside the sales process, including presentations, proposals and snippets of our portfolio.
- •Responding to enquiries with key info and proposals in a timely manner
- •CRM Management: Organisation is a must. The candidate must maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in our bespoke portal, from initial contact through to ongoing follow-ups.
- •Digital PR, SEO Knowledge & Sales: Work alongside our Digital PR and SEO team to develop a concrete understanding of the industry.
- •Outbound Campaigns: Build outbound campaigns to scale SEO lead generation.
- •Lead Re-engagement: Run personalised email campaigns to reconnect with past leads using our in-house portal.
Ideal Candidate
- •Target Driven: The candidate must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. The drive to meet the quarterly target is essential.
- •Previous experience of cold outreach is beneficial but not essential.
- •Strong Communicator: Confident verbal and written communication skills, the candidate must regard themselves as a 'people person'.
- •Organised & Proactive: Able to juggle multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment.
- •Keen to Learn: Genuinely interested in developing knowledge of SEO and Digital PR.
- •Team Player: The candidate will sit within a chatty, friendly office. They must be willing to become an extension of the team.
